Vibration noises, maintenance

It would be awesome to have a guide to maintaining the i3 Mk2. I've watched several videos, but one from the man himself would be great.

It would also be nice to have a guide to running down and fixing the many different vibration noises which this model may create over time.

Re: Vibration noises, maintenance

I agree. I have had my printer for about 9 months now, and while it is still working fine, the noise and vibration has gotten pretty severe at times. There is vibration that seems to be occurring on the Y-axis, but I haven't been able to track down what is causing it. If I push down slightly on the print bed, it stops, but as soon as I let go, it comes back. I tried moving the bearings around and tightening all the screws and lubricating the bearings, but it didn't help. Any ideas on how to better track this down?

Much agreed, I would love to have something like this. It would greatly slow down "debugging" time. On another note, this has helped a lot of my problems. https://all3dp.com/common-3d-printing-problems-3d-printer-troubleshooting-guide/
