I guess I should have looked before posting. I didn't realize the various heater wires feed into pluggable terminal blocks, not permanently connected connectors. So, swapping the terminals should be easy and solves my problem. But I ordered a few from UltiMachine anyway. (They make the RAMBo mini board with the corresponding sockets and sell the terminal blocks as auxiliary parts.)
