Strange infill problem

Hy there, i'm pasquale. It's about a year now that i have my fantastic printer which i updated with a new plate and extruder but i still have a problem with the infill. In the photo as you can see the infill is absolutely wrong and as a result the pla got stuck in the nozzle blocking everything 😥
any solution?

I print at 210° which is the temperature raccomanded by the producer, the infill is 98%, the 100% does not change anything, the infill percent. Is 25%

Re: Strange infill problem

Pasquale,

you might get better help someplace where Geetech users hang out, as your printer seems to be a Geetech model and not an Original Prusa i3 by Prusa Research.

That failed print in your picture looks a royal mess. There seems to be some layer shifting going on, so check if pulleys are tight, if the axis move smoothly when motors are power off.. etc. Also looks like the layers are actually splitting/cracking which could be temperature related or Z-axis not moving smoothly or layer height in the slicer is way off..

But I don't know anything about Geetech printers..
