Slightly bent lead screw

Hi,
One of the Z lead screws in my printer came slightly bent, and rubs on the top mounting bracket when it turns.
The rubbing doesn't bother me too much, but i was curious if that's going to impact the print quality much. It's not a huge bend, it deflects maybe 2 millimeters at the top as it rotates.

At the same time though the rods are straight i think, so they should stabilize the Z-movement, right?

In theory as long as the rods are straight you should be fine, however this will add some sideways force on the bearings - perhaps try to align them accordingly? (Ie like the manual says to align the Y bearings because they have to support the weight of the bed and the object being printed.)

Not sure I can do much to align the lead screw. I think the rods are aligned ok though.

I meant align the bearings. Similarly to how it's done for the Y axis: http://manual.prusa3d.com/Guide/2.+Y-axis+assembly/104#s3459
