Rough Print set (beading/ribbing)

Three months ago I assembled my Prusa i3 MK2s and haven't been happier. In that time Ive jammed my way through 4 2kg spools of filament, everything from smaller tiles to larger prints taking up half the print bed. Early on I had some struggles with either prints not adhering to the bed or then sticking to much. But, all that was worked out quickly enough (including from some posts here in fact).

Fast forward to a few weeks ago. I finally updated the firmware to the 3.1.0 and now I have had this effect happen on two seperate prints. (see attached). What could I be doing wrong (none of my previous prints have had this effect)?

Print Details:
PLA
Nozzle Temp 210
Bed Temp 60
Print Speed 95% of standard
Z-layer adjustment: -0.40
Firmware: 3.1.0

gcode generated in Slic3r MK2

Seen it once in partial clogged nozzle (some charred filament stuck maybe) and a spool that absorbed too much moisture. (it was fixed after baking 60-70c for 3-4 hours). it might not be in your case, but worth a check.

Can you post a picture of your first layer?

Looks like either a clogged nozzle, bad tension setting on your extruder (too tight), or wet filament.
