printing head runs into the print

I can only print about z=3.1 of the original print before the printer heads catches the print and starts shaking it. I just re-ran all calibration and tuning steps (no problem) what else can i do?

Re: printing head runs into the print

Is this a packaged gcode, or one you sliced yourself?

Are you using Z-Lift?

Have you done an extruder calibration? Too much material can catch.

Is this PLA? What temperatures on extruder and bed?

Any advices given are offered in good faith. It is your responsibility to ensure that by following my advice you do not suffer or cause injury, damage or loss. If you solve your problem, please post the solution…

I sliced myself here is the file

  • tubing-3.gcode: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B69k1LAvtUOLc3dROG50eXBfalk
  • Are you using Z-Lift?

I don't know, here are the Slic3r config files:

  • print: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B69k1LAvtUOLUkc4eTFDeTNZTGM

  • printer: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B69k1LAvtUOLZm1zR3JuZnpwUjA

  • filament: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B69k1LAvtUOLQ1NQNFh1VlVSSWc
  • Have you done an extruder calibration? Too much material can catch.

I did, I went from 5mm@100 to 4mm@80 to 3mm@70 and still get this problem.

Is this PLA? What temperatures on extruder and bed?

It is PLA. Extruder at 215, bed at 55 (per gcode file).

Does it have this bad behavior on one of the included files? Or only the one you sliced yourself?
