Overextrusion at 0.35mm resolution

Even though my extruder is properly calibrated and I get great results with 0.10, 0.15, and 0.20 resolutions, there seems to be some massive overextrusion at 0.35 mm. I use Slic3r with default settings. Especially with infill lines that come between two walls. The filament builds up, making more than 0.5 mm protrusions up the Z-axis, making the head bump against it.

What can I do to fix that?

Thanks!

Well, my best advice would be not to print layer heights greater than 75% (or at a push, 80%) of the nozzle diameter.

So it's not just me... Thanks, Peter, it makes perfect sense.
