I just built my MK2s a few days ago. I'm using a 40mm noctua fan instead of the stock fan and an e3d silicon sock. I have the same behavior my nozzle temp is +/- 3 deg. I guess it's normal.

with an uncalibrated kit/printer, this is quite normal. but:

you can improve this behaviour by calibrating the pid parameters for the hotend (and the heatbed as well).
have a look at this thread.

afterwards your temperature should be "rock stable" (and way below +/- 1°C deviation during the print).

Thank you very much for pointing this out ! I was not aware than you can do PID tuning on the prusa as well, going to test it tomorrow ! so far I've only tuned PID loops on my mini racing quads 🙂

I thought that a preassembled one would be calibrated as good as possible
but seems I'm wrong with that idea.

and as you know, in business: time is money.

Not only that, but this type of calibration needs to be carried out in the environment where the printer will be used. Not really possible.
