Menu navigation vs Axis navigation

Hi,

Over the last week or so, I've built a MK2 and I'm now in the process of calibrating it and getting some actual prints going (eventually).

While I'm quite impressed with the printer so far, one thing that has really tripped me up is a weird navigation discrepancy in the menu system, which is that the direction in which the knob is turned to navigate the menu, is entirely opposite to axis movement.

take Z axis movement, turning the knob right, moves the Z axis up, left down.. (which is what I'd expect. volume buttons work like this, and so does the X axis) but in the menu system, turning the knob right moves the selector down. Is there a way to switch that?

Well, I can see a logic in that. 😉
Turning the knob right means "show me next (+1) item", left means "show me previous (-1) item". It's the same as axis movement, +1 to the right, -1 to the left.
