Hotend Fan Connector Broken

My front fan wasnt spinning during initial calibration after building. I checked the connection to the board and the red wire had snapped off. Is there an easy way to fix this with solder or something or do I have to order a new one?

yes.

best thing would be to use a standard 2pin jumper cable (maybe you got some remainders from old computer stuff), cut it off approximately 5cm behind the connector and solder the wires together and isolate each one of the wires with heat shrinkable tube.
there's no need to buy a new fan because of the broken connector.

.... but i expect if you would have known how to do this, and got all you need (proper soldering iron, spare 2pin jumper cable, heat shrinkable tube, hot air gun, soldering experience) you wouldn't have asked ,,,

dem inscheniör is' nix zu schwör...

You are correct. I'm not very experienced in it. But I'll do what I can. Thank you.
