Help with failing prints

Hi All,

We've had our MK2 for a year or so now, but recently started having trouble with it. We're not entirely sure what happened, but things got all out of whack. We re-calibrated the Z access and the first layer settings and they seem (?) ok, but we're still running into problems within the first few layers. It almost seems like the nozzle is catching on the already printed material and balling it up anywhere there's a corner. Or maybe that it's somehow pulling up on the corners and then catching? I'm not even sure where to start. Can anyone point me in the right direction? We're printing with PLA though Simplify3D using the imported FFF settings from this forum, and I'll attach a picture of one of our failed prints.

Re: Help with failing prints

Looks like you may need to adjust the Live Z down a touch and I would try bumping the extruder temp up a bit (5-10*) and maybe the bed temp by 5*.

Get your Live Z dialed in. Make sure your bed is very clean.
