Help for print x-end-idler!!

Hi man! I need help for re-print x-end-idler in photo

The problem is that ,my printed x-end idler not lock the bearing(lm8uu)in place sufficiently.

I have print with this setting:

20%infill
and try to--> res 0.2 0.35
I try to change extruder multiplier from 1 to 1.1 .
I try to scale about 1% the model.. (in this case the problem is the holes for bar it's to small.

What can I try 🙁

Re: Help for print x-end-idler!!

can you wrap sticky tape (sellotape or similar) round the bearing to increase it's size? and save having to reprint the parts at all?

Yes, that's exactly what I did when I needed modified X axis parts. Then printed with PLA and they were very accurate.

No, but with a bit of manual "jiggling" you can get to within 0.05mm which for all intents and purposes is sufficiently accurate.
