Heatbed temperature

now trying the English forum.

I have just build a MK2 and I am wondering how to calibrate the bed temperature. Setting the temperature to 100 C and wait for 15 minutes, I can measure 72 C at the surface of the bed. This is 28 % off, which seem to be quite big. 5 or 10% would have been acceptable. Are there any way to change this in the FW or must I add a trimmer to the sensor HW?
The heat power also does not live up to the specifications. The maximum temperature of the bed is 87 C at 22 C room temperature. I was expecting 110 C! Measuring the power delivered to the bed to 165 W (11.5 V and 0.8 Ohm). That is obviously not enough! Raising the voltage and there by the power by an external power supply is possibly, but what are the limits? I have already melted down one PINDA probe, by adding an external heat source.
