Heat Block Loose?
so I recently changed the nozzle from the standard brass to a hardened steel nozzle, and while installing it, the heat block moved, now it moves with very little force. I tried my best to keep them still, but now it seems that bit of metal moves rather easily. Is this a problem? If so, how do I go about tightening it again?
Here's an example of how much it moves https://gfycat.com/DimAlienatedLcont
Hopefully I did it right and nothing is broken, otherwise I need assistance as I am unfamiliar with the assembly of the hotend.
Re: Heat Block Loose?
Looks like its just a little loose inside the orange printed part from the video, you may try checking your bolt on the assemble.
Mine will rotate a little too but it takes some pressure to do so.
Are your prints coming out ok?
Is it moving when the printer moves or only when you put a wrench to it?
You can also check the heat break so see if it was damaged.
here is the link to the assemble guide in case you need it:

Re: Heat Block Loose?
Like if I try to push it in one direction it sorta moves back a little, but I have not tried printing with it, because I've seen material that says to not print with it if it's loose, but unless the heat break is so fragile I can like, half rip it, it's not like I could have unthreaded it, correct?
Re: Heat Block Loose?
The heatbreak is fragile yes, and it is set into the heatsink only finger tight. You have probably unscrewed it from the heatsink and the whole block and heatbreak are moving. Go here and learn how to assemble it properly, save yourself a breakage -

Hope that helps,

Take a look at step 18 - http://manual.prusa3d.com/Guide/5.+E-axis+assembly/510?lang=en#s8196
You should be able to swing the whole hotend out of the extruder once the front is off as in your image
