fist layer after raft is thick!

Hello
I've purchased my first printer and have been testing it in different ways.
Recently I've found an issue about the first layer height after a raft layer.
As you see it in a screen shot of a preview of prusa sli3er, the thickness of the first layer after the raft is set too thick.

I made turn-offs and turn-ons to make this not happen :
1.Layers and perimeters - height of the first layer is set equal to general layer height.
2.Support material - contact Z distance is set to 0.01mm
3.Support material - interface layer is set to 0.
But still this unwanted thickness is there.
I wanted to use a single raft layer because soon realized that it is a good way to stick the object safely on the bed and more over, I like it because it makes detaching an object from the bed very easy.
Anyway, result acording to this first thick layer is as a picture attached. Not sure, but I think that incline, or inward offset, is due to the thickness of the first layer.

Does anyone know how to fix it?
Thank you.
