Extruder Idler Sticking
As pictured below, the idler bearing on my extruder seems to rest against the 'pyramid' shaped part that surrounds the PTFE liner. When I tighten the idler, the bearing sticks against it and I get inconsistent extrusion. Any advice?

Strange. I can't see a obvious error in your build. So I personally would take a file and "correct" the problem. But maybe better order new parts?
