Drive Wheel Double Feed
I encountered a double feed problem while extruding FLEX filament with my i3 MK2. I tried unloading the filament, but the two ends did not withdraw. What steps do you suggest in fixing this problem?

Ah, that looks familiar... This is how my first attempts with Filaflex ended as well. Turn off the printer so the motors are not engaged, then try pulling. I got mine unstuck that way cause Fileflex stretches and gets thinner when pulled. If that fails, i guess it is time to remove the motor and / or the pulley.
Make sure you don't screw up the PTFE tube going into hotend in the process.

I had success using an xacto knife, some pliers and a little brute force. Really no elegant solution here :/

Removing the idler helped too.
