Bed Temperature Inconsistencies - Up TO 20C Difference
I have been printing now for a week, and I have determined that my bed temperature varies up to 20C from the back right corner 55C to the front left 35C. I have taken literally hundreds of samples at various times, stages of print, and location of the extruder. If I stay away from the front left I get great prints but, once I get too close to this area my prints lift during printing. Brim does not help either.
Is there some setting where I can even the bed temperature out? Any help would be appreciated.

No there are no settings to adjust bed temp across the surface.
However, you should check out the bed connector at the RAMBo to ensure it is firmly home. If it is, then raising the PSU voltage by 0.5V may help.
