Printer not "seeing" other extruder motors after upgrade
Hello all,
I just upgraded my MK2S to the 4 material MM and I'm having some issues. The printer isn't picking up the other extruder motors. It's behaving just like it did before the MM upgrade and only using a single extruder. I don't even have the option to load the other materials in the LCD screen. I've checked these items:
-Wiring is correct and fully plugged in
-Green light on multiplexer board is on
-Latest firmware is installed
It was built it as a single material printer last week, so I have the latest firmware (I also downloaded all the MM software when I downloaded the driver package cause I knew I would be upgrading shortly) but I haven't altered or edited the firmware in any way. Is there something I need to do to turn the MM part on?

You do not have a MMU version of the firmware installed. Re-flash the firmware and make sure you pick the MMU version.
