MM Post Processor Changing gcode Temp

Is there any reason why the PostProcessor program is changing the temp after the first layer? The PP changes the M104 command from S205 as set in Slic3r to S15. I have to edit the gcode after I run a gcode through the program. This only happens at the beginning of the second layer.

I can't find anywhere in the MM PP program or related files to change this behavior.

Thanks.

Check your filament settings in Slic3r.

Checked before I posted.

I think this has to do with the fact I'm using the post processor after Slic3r. Maybe I shouldn't be using the post processor at all. Is that only for non-slic3r gcodes?

The post processor is no longer used. It was created for use before Slic3r included the purge tower.

Hi,
MM post-processor was used in the very beginning, now it is part of Slic3r PE and I recommend to use it instead. Newest Slic3r PE also allows to place the wipe tower.

I thought we have to use the MM Post Processor after using Color Print ?

No, not at all.

ColourPrint simply allows a filament change in the same extruder; you don't need a tower for that.

Re: MM Post Processor Changing gcode Temp

Well, post-processor is actually still used for processing g-code from colorprint (you can select to which extruder printer will switch so you need wipe tower for that).

See manual:

Well, that just shows how much I don't know.

Thanks Roman!

Re: MM Post Processor Changing gcode Temp

I've tried the ColorPrint three times, still can't get it to do what I want it to do. I want extruder 1 until 2.0 mm then change to extruder 2. Sometimes it starts with 1, sometimes it starts with 2.
