hotend relacement for mk2s mm

Does anyone have a source for replacing the hotend on the mk2s with a mm upgrade. The Prusa site does not show much for replacement parts. I started having a burnt smell and found a short where the hotend wires go into the hotend. I tried using the MK2S single heat break, but that has caused calibration issues- which i cannot make a cause and effect solution.
The bed is level, I have done a PINDA probe reset, and yet when I run the calibration wizard, it digs into the bed on the right side.

When the Prusa runs, it is great, but it destroys quite a few makes. The first month, it was a miracle machine - 4 colors, no issues. Since January it has steadily gone downhill. Anyone else experience the same degradation issue?

Use the original mmu heatbreak, put a new mmu PTFE tube in(use correct 1.9mm id ptfe, make sure it is properly chamfered and tapered), use the heater and thermistor of the non mmu extruder and re assemble...

re adjust pinda to suit, re calibrate XYZ axis, Re calibrate Z height, Re adjust Live Z

and you should be good to go!
