Filament loading catching and skipping
If i load filament into the second extruder the filament loads then hits the cooling tube and starts skipping. I have tested all the other extruders and with each filament and only the second extruder seems to have this problem.
edit: My current fix is a piece of priming filament stuck next to the cooling tube XD

The top of the cooling tube should move freely in the MUX. It may be that you have some swarf at the lower end preventing it being fully inserted and the Festo locking it in place when tightened.
You could try loosening the Festo by 1 turn to see if loading is then OK.

Yeah, I'm running into the same issue as well. Extruder #2. Loads and gets caught on the cooling tube.
I will try backing out the Festo 1 turn to see if that helps.
