Failing XYZ Calibration after Upgrading to MM from MK2/S

I'll start off by saying that I don't believe I've done anything to the bed during the upgrade at all - it was all focused on the extruder so I'm a little confused by this. I've flashed the printer with the MM firmware v3.0.12 but I always get an error at the very end of Calibration XYZ:

XYZ calibration failed. Left front calibration point not reachable

This is despite the fact that for steps 2 and 3 of the xyz calibration to happen it looks like it needed to check on calibration point 1 (left front) multiple times. This was never an issue in the printer before the upgrade. Is this something expected? Should I be doing what the "Calibrate XYZ Info and Errors" page says and start adjusting my Y axis?

Quick update:

After adjusting the Y-axis, the XYZ calibration is still failing to reach the front left point. This is despite the skew being 0.00 as reported in the Support menu. The relevant values are:

Y distance from min:
left: -0.02mm
center: -0.06mm
right: -0.10mm

Measured skew: 0.00º
Slight skew: 0.12º
Severe skew: 0.25º

Thoughts?

Might your PINDA be set too high?

I tried adjusting the PINDA probe but that didn't have any effect :-/

Some people have had to do a factory reset prior to doing the MMU firmware upgrade. Have you tried that?
