0.25mm nozzle and Multi Material
Hello!
As Slic3r is not capable of handling the wipe tower for the 0.25mm nozzle i wanted to ask if there is any (more or less reliable) slicer/post-processor out there, that does the trick? I want to print some tiny fine detailed models with soluble support and the 0,25mm nozzle in 50 microns and i am a little disappointed, that Slic3r can't handle that combination yet :-/

You will not get fine detail with 0.25 nozzle at 50 microns; there too few extruder steps for that combination even when printing at very high speeds.
Unfortunately, the 140 E-steps per mm limits the minimum later height to 70 microns with a 0.4 nozzle.

Thank you very much for your answer and explanation. Now i understand why there are no settings. Maybe i will try to use the MMU with 100 microns and the 0.4mm nozzle. If this is not working, then i have to stick with the 150 microns standard setup. I presume that it won't make a big difference anyways.
As you seem to be expert in the topic. I am just curios if it would be possible to increase the steps using microstepping. Actually i don't know what microstepping rate the MMU extruder is using and neither i won't mess around with the configuration. I am just curious.

You should be OK with 70 microns and a 0.4mm nozzle with a fairly high speed print (60mm/s)
This system already employs 1/16 microstepping - 140 microsteps generate a 1mm (2.4mm^3) extrusion. The lowest extrude volume is around 1mm^3/s - below this the pressure in the nozzle will start to vary and extrusion can be inconsistent (blobby).
The Einsy (Mk3) unfortunately still uses 1/16 microstepping although the Trinamic drivers can go to 1/256 - the steps are interpolated but if they are too slow, interpolation becomes unequal.

Does this work with KISS and your post-processor? Because in Slic3r it won't be possible, as soon as i set the layer height below 0.15mm i get an error message telling me, that it is not supported by the wipe tower. I already hate the wipe tower to death, it is just causing problems and garbage. I am dreaming of a wipe bucket. Maybe a dedicated area on the print bed, where extruded filament is redirected to be thrown on the ground next to the printer with a little wipe lid.
FYI: Yesterday i opened (and reopened as suggested) also an issue in Slic3r github:

Short Answer: Yes it does work.
Longer answer: You sill need to purge between 30 and 80mm of filament (set per filament) and at 70 microns, that's a large purge tower.
I tend to use variable layer heights (35% to 65%) of nozzle widths (0.14 to 0.26) for most prints, but I have also used 0.07 to 0.2 for 2C prints or where the filaments don't need too much purging.
