WD40 is a penetrating oil, not recommended at all. I recall reading that it might have adverse effect even.
Lithium grease is also not suitable I recall.
Light machine oil is what I use,, works great.

WD40 is a brand which makes penetrating oil and a variety of spray lubricants, all sold under the "WD40" branding.

I believe their "Dry Lube" is PTFE in a carrier, which is similar to one I use on occasion.

Yes, their lubricants are OK.

Reason I'm asking is that I wanted to have a good info because where I live, these grease has generic name like heavy machine lube (Unspecified substance) or light machine lube which might be wrong for this 3d printer application. From what I read on that WD40 Dry Lube's claim, to avoid dust catching on to the parts or something?

I am considering of applying the so called dry lube on my mk2s mmu as my home are quite dusty

My print environment is also very dusty.

The best option I have found is to not lube at all. But you need to rinse the bearings in IPA to get rid of the anti-rust oil coating.

IPA in a form of liquid in a bottle be it in any concentration doesn't exist in my area =(.

I can only get the 70% alcohol pads that is the closest to IPA but I'm surely unable to soak those bearings into it. Unless there's an online store that sells these chemicals for me to order.

There is one store but they don't have limonene and IPA. Made me sad even more =(

The pharmacy here sells ethanol (70%) which is what I have to use.

For limonene, acetone etc, I purchase from APCPure: http://www.apcpure.com/ who ship worldwide via DHL.

Having said that, it seems they are now only shipping to the UK 🙁 May be worth asking them if they can ship to you.

Wow, they have wide range of chemicals. Acetone I can get locally but I forgot its concentration. Only Ethyl Alcohol (I think 70%?) that I can get in local pharmacy in a form of bottle.

I read some differences between IPA and Ethyl Alcohols, from what I understand ethyl works almost like ipa only that it will evaporate slower, has mixture of water and not suitable for electronic cleaning.

I will ask the apc about shipping to my area.

P.S:
I did add 1 glycerol just to check whether or not they will ship worldwide especially my area, it costs about gbp20 for shipping. I found the price by adding to cart and checkout.

Any other site? If there are none then I might consider on getting the stuffs there. Just that the shipping quite expensive =\

Yeah, but when you consider this very flammable stuff being delivered by DHL, it's not so much.

Sorry, I don't have any alternatives and your profile doesn't list where you are located 🙁 but I guess my ethanol is similar to what you can get and it works very well got me.
