Burned Connector

After about 1 year, finally the heatbed connector got burned. I didn't know the early symptom that were hinting me where at some point, the heatbed just didn't want to heatup and "heatbed preheat error" message appeared. But usually after I tried again it was good to go until its failure, the connector got burned to crisp and no more heating up, even the led doesn't lit up.

Not saying the heatbed died or anything, simply just that the connector both the heatbed and the board's connector. Series of pictures as follow

Re: Burned Connector

I soldered some decent tails to the board and then used these: https://www.banggood.com/5Pcs-235-Pins-Reusable-Spring-Lever-Terminal-Block-Electric-Cable-Wire-Connector-p-1103030.html?rmmds=flashdeals&cur_warehouse=CN

Not a problem since. And when I first connected them, the polarity was wrong so the LED didn't light. Quick to resolve that.

Re: Burned Connector

the board's solder point might not be big enough to accommodate the wire's gauge. I already contacted prusa support regarding this but it was before I posted into this thread. This actually was my second encounter of burnt connector, the first one was on ramps1.4, used wrong wire type but the terminal connector pretty similar; detachable. Never actually a fan of these detachable terminal blocks
