Problem with loading filament

I'm facing a prolem with loading Filament in MM. The second one seems to load a bit to far and starts to slip in the Extruder. When it Comes to a Filament Change in a MM print, the first one seems not to unload enough, so the second one again tries to load and Slips in the Extruder. I have to pause the print and unload 1 to reload ext 2.

What can cause this and more important, how can I fix this?

Re: Problem with loading filament

Hi Marcus, have you trimmed the PTFE bowden Tubes?

its length is a function of the load process.
if the bowden is too short your filament will load too far into the multiplexer, if your PTFE bowden is too long your filament won't load far enough..

if you replaced some bowden tubes and didn't match the original length, you might have either problem, or, both problems
