MK2S and Multi-Material Loose Pulley and Z Calibration

So I have uploaded a video and one photo.

The photo is of my bed which is slowly being torn apart by the extruder.

The video is of my X axis and my Z axis.

The X axis, out of nowhere, has suddenly developed a loose pulley. I have torn the X axis apart ten times, adjusted the belt ten times and adjusted the thing that goes on the motor ten times!! I flashed the firmware I dont know how many times either. I also unplugged and plugged in the connector a few times just to make sure it was seated. The only thing I can think of is a bad motor or possibly the board.

The Z axis is unpredictable. It will start to calibrate fine and then after the 3rd or 4th go to point on the bed, it will press down or drag and make a mark. It has almost never worked properly. It did once for the V Calibration and hasn't ever since.

I've had this for weeks, I really want it to work. Im not a stranger to 3D printers, I have 3 other ones. The difference with them is that I can adjust the bed for Z.

I have watched Prusa's video's over and over again. I have read the manual 3 times. I am doing everything right according to these resources.

PLEASE HELP!!

Thank you.

G

That video is painful to watch. One thing is when running Z to the top, you should not be trying to just get it to touch. When it gets to the top, turn the knob a few clicks to get the stepper to ratchet. That levels it to the top.

It looks like your prinda is not detecting the bed.

You have had it for weeks. Has it been like this the whole time?

Does the x-axis stepper skip/make noise even when the nozzle is away from the bed?

If you drive the axis with the knob, does it make noise?

If you unplug your x and y steppers from the board and slide them by hand, how do they move?
