X axis layer shift

Can anyone please tell me what is causing this layer shift. It seems sporadic. I can print one fine and the next one might do this. It is not only happening to this one object and is happening to other things I print also. Just like this one...I can print one fine and the next one might layer shift like this too.

Things to check. Has the bed cable bundle pla stiffener come loose at the bed end or the Rambo so the cables drooped and caught on the y-axis? Did the bed screws catch the Z-Frame? Is the bed hitting a cable tie for the Y axis? Are the Y motor setcrews tight and is one of them on the flat part of the shaft? Is the Y-belt slack enough to jump a few teeth occasionally?

Sporadic faults are very hard to pin down. Good luck.
