Trying to Print High Detail, But keeps blobbing at printer head and not sticking

Hello everyone, I've been trying to print this high detail print as of late, its for a trophy for this event coming up and I've been struggling after printing 4 successful ones out of PLA, mind you I am using Refil filament which is all recycled material and doesn't perfectly act as it's materials would have you suggest.

For example, the PLA doesn't stick super well to the bed and still required some glue cause it was cooing what seemed to be a bit too fast.
Now I just got a brand new heatbed, and it doesn't want to stick at all off the first layer which has some indented lettering I put beneath the trophy to keep credit to who made it and what it's made out of.

I wanted to capture as much detail as I could to make the letters nice and sharp, but now my Prusa MK2S seems to have trouble making sure it sticks to the bed.
I'm using this recycled PET and it puts down the outer layer of the object just fine, but as soon as it starts trying to lay down the letters, it's like it's extruding too much, or something because it starts putting down some letter outlines, but as it moves around it seems to collect what it puts down with the nozzle of the printer head.
I am running default settings, nothing fancy.

Could anyone be able to shed some light on this?
