PSU connector wrong way round on RAMBo ?

I've had finally been able to assemble my MK2/S after a year and a half in storage (moving countries & kids) and it seems I've been foiled at one of the last steps. I can't plug the PSU connectors in as it seems the board connector has been place 180 degrees wrongly and the plugs hit the fuse/cap in the way?

Can anyone help with what to do? I can't micro solder to save myself (also don't have the tools)... I tried to find out how to log a support ticket but failed. Maybe someone can point me in the right direction.

Hopefully I don't have to disassemble the entire thing and send it back. I will cry !!!  Please help.

You should contact support via live chat. Log into your Prusa account and you will see the live chat pop up in the bottom right corner.

If there is an issue with the board I would typically expect Prusa to send you a new one. A year and a half might be a little long for warranty though.

I don't think you have to disassemble the whole thing, though.

It is a little difficult to see in your pictures, but on the site of the manufacturer Ultimachine you can easily compare how it should look like.

Thanks for the link. Yep the PSU connector is definitely the wrong way round. Full quality image below, a little blurry but you can see the arches face the wrong way. Also I don't get the live chat popup, is there some trick to it? Total newbie. I created an account to post this...

I got hold of Live Chat, it's buried in the E-Store and also fantastic news. If anyone else has this issue and finds this thread.

The plastic housing can carefully be prized off and flipped around. Only the pins are soldered to the board, not the plastic housing.
