MK2S Drivers and Apps downloads 2.1.8 Corrupt

On the drivers & Apps download page I downloaded the latest version for Windows as I wanted the Slic3r PE v1.40.1 tried to run the file and Windows says its corrupt ??

Got it to work finally by doing a save as to a folder on my machines and running from there
