Printer stops but all test are ok!

Hallo,
I have a strange problem: until now, the printer worked fine. Self-test is o.k. Printer does 9-Point-colibration o.k., goes to the left corner where he should start and stops moving. At this point, the temperatures desired at the bed and the hotend trop to 0. Nothing is moving, the bed and the hotend a cooling down slowly and on the display, the % of ready print grows very fast. When this virtualy print ends, we get the error “min. temp bed”.
We checked the thermistor of the hotend and the bed. Everything o.k. the bed and the hotend heat up normally and hold the temperature normally for example if you preheat for PLA.

I made a video of that you can see at: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hRRMemODkFgG7lZOIAi0hOAQXYbdFq79_Q/view?usp=sharing

Any Idea?

Thank you very much! – Andreas

Have a look in your gcode. For me it looks like the printer doing exactly what it is told....
If you want to upload the code we can have a look, too.

Try printing a pre-sliced file from the SD card to see if it does the same thing.

I tried to print batman.gcode. The same behavior. First the desired bed-temp goes to 0; the % of ready print goes up. When we reach 100% desired hot-end temp goes to 0 (this is ok) and then the message “mintemp bed” is displayed.

Thanks – Andreas

Sounds as though you have an issue with the bed thermistor.

Check its in the correct place, and check the wiring back to the socked on the RAMBo and make sure it's in the correct RAMBo socket.

I double-checked the connections and I changed nothing before the error occured. How can I check if the bed termistor is broken?

Start a preheat and gently push the wire bundle behind the bed up/down and side to side. If it drops to 0 you have a loose or broken wire.

Hallo,
the bed thermistor seems to be the problem. A new one is ordered...
Thank you very much!
