Layer shifting when using Prusa Slicer on I3 Mk2

Hello

Just seeing if anyone has his issue or a solution for it.  When I slice a file with Prusa Slicer and attempt to print it on my mk2, I always have a layer shift, sometimes multiple ones.  The same file sliced through Cura or S3D comes out fine.  See attached picture as an example.  Strangely, when I use Prusa Slicer for files on my Prusa mini they come out fine.  I don't recall changing any settings that would cause this.

Left print sliced with Prusa slicer, right print same file sliced with Cura

This has also happend to me.
I was suggested to formatting my sd card, and remember to stop the card before taking it out of my pc.
I haven't had the problem since.
