Extruder and Heatbed "Grinding" into Endstops

I have a Prusa i3 mk2s.

My printer has been working well recently. I had finished the first layer of the print, but I got the error "Bed Terminal Runaway" After restarting, the Temperature worked fine and preheated properly. When I moved the bed, the temperature did not change. (As instructed by a Livechat)

When I started printing again, starting from the start, when the heatbed hit the motor end (Back of the printer) it started making an awful grinding, sound, while vibrating badly. I assumed this was a problem with the end-stops. I moved the bed by hand, and it clicked properly. The wire was connected properly as well.

This also happens to the extruder as well. It hits the endstop, and just keeps grinding against it. So, I assume something is very wrong. This is odd because it is for both the extruder, as well as the heatbed.

I tried fixing this, by adding some silicone lubrication, checking the wire connections, restarting, etc. There seems to not be a fix, nor do I know who else has experienced this. Thank you for your help.

This happens with the heatbed as well, I was just afraid to film it, to avoid damaging it. Thanks again.

Turns out the bed wasn't sitting down all the way. I have no idea how the printer has been working without me realizing it, but it turns out I just had to rhoughly push it down.
