Bed won't heat

I have a MK2s that is almost a year old.  I started getting heatbed errors and found the connector was partially melted at the Rambo board.  I replaced it and it happened again a few weeks later.  Soon I couldn't heat the bed up at all.  Prusa chat worked with me and concluded that the bed was dead so they sent me a new one.  Still no heat.  I unplugged everything from the board and inspected it to see if I could see any damage.  There was minor discoloration where the heat bed plugs in, but nothing else.  I plugged it all back in, raised the extruder about 50mm and signaled for the bed to heat up to 60 degrees.  No red light, no heat.  I put my meter on the wires which accept the connector and there was only about 300 miliamps.  I also checked the underside of the board where the wires are soldered in.  Same.  I removed the PSU and checked the output.  12.04 volts each.  Do you think it is time to replace the board?  Thanks!

What was the voltage reading at the bed connections? You may need to replace the cables between the Rambo and the bed. Recommended replacement is 16 gauge silicone insulated flexible wire.

This is a brand new bed from Prusa.  It has had no prints on it yet.  I checked the continuity of the (new, included) wires and they are fine.  But thank you for the thought.
