y axis clicks
so i have printed a few large objects now i think the printer has about 60 hours of print time on it and the y axis has started having a click during movement. i cleaned the smooth rods the bearing rides on but there is still a click any suggestions?

Watch under the bed when you move it. Is one of the bed screws contacting the frame? Or maybe one of your zip ties on the smooth rods has rotated and the bed is catching the head of that tie?
Also check the grub screw on the motor pulley is secure and on the flat part of the shaft.
