Random clog during print

Hello,

I solve almost all my clog issue but one seem stay at random time interval with PETG. Prusa MK2S
I remove the filament cut about 2cm because there is a filament enlargement at ~1.5cm on about 5mm like the filament have melted too much at this place. Bad thermal paste or bad airflow design of the small side fan and need a new part for increase/redirect airflow ?
May be extruder force too much and cause this issue without error I read than Prusa hotend haven't the same diameter and it's reduced before the heater part ? (If extruder push and diameter is reduced can explain the clog so high when I remove the filament no ?)

The fan run and when I remove these 2cm load again and run for hours without issue until next random clog again. Just can't let the printer run during night and when I leave.

Thank you if you have a trick not seem the filament, temperature, extruder speed this time 🙂

For me, this is filament-dependent.

That's the filament after unload cut on the left :

PLA print at 240° (try to clean) but have extruder noise like something block inside never have any issue with this spool before and you can look the result. I try to increase temperature to 260° (same issue at 250) for not have anymore this noise and try to clean hotend if I have some part of PETG inside.

You might have an issue with the heartbreak.  That widening might be causing the clog if there are restrictions during the print.

What can happen with this part ? It's just a hole with two threads.
Old thermal paste who not transmit correctly cold from the fan ?
Or MK2S have the same issue than MK3S where the heatbreak have a reduced diameter compared to the original ?

PTEG should be fully cleaned now with so many PLA printed.
PLA temperature for not have issue with extruder seem way too high but when I try to decrease have at each time issue. Print PLA between 195/205 before try to print PETG with this spool.

When I load filament seem flow correctly when I try to print have directly extruder issue. Need to reduce retraction during print ? (read that somewhere may be reduce issue ?)
