Im planing to do PID tuning, what temperature im going to tune, the one of the first layer (230) for PETG of (240) other layers?

I did for the remaining layers, so in your case 240.
Works fine for me.

i usually use 240 as i go back and forth between different materials and it is in the center for temperatures.

You can do PID tuning for every material you use and put it your GCODE start script.
Unfortunately I'm not in front of my PC so i can not show you how to do that.

I bet someone else will fill in here

M301 command is doing the trick. As long as you don't write it to EEPROM with M500, it's only valid for the session.
