I ordered on the 29th april and messaged them on chat just over a week ago and they said it was going to go out last week but didn't hear anything so messaged them on sat and they said it would be longer. I don't think I have ever had to pay for something up front and wait so long, nearly £900 worth! whats worse is its my first printer so desperate to start using it for work as I have a bunch of project waiting for prototypeing! hope its worth the wait, fingers crossed It gets at least scheduled for collection this week.
still nothing here yet it seams like stacks of people are getting them who ordered over a month later!

Ordered mine on 14/05 orange kit, it said 7 weeks when I ordered, just counted the weeks this is the seventh week already, current estimates on the order put the delivery date for me on the 9th week.
The original estimate on the order page had the estimate for the week starting July the 3rd, last time it was updated my order is now showing a further week.
Gutted, I have another printer and been printing ok with it but was going to retire the old one and build a new printer with the old parts, now I've had to do lot's of maintenance to keep it going (substituted 5 cracked parts yesterday), it's really showing it's age (4 years now, about 30% of the original printer left). I'm also looking forward to the auto bed levelling, it's just a pain on my current printer.

I ordered my kit in black on 1st. of June. Got the tracking number on 28/06/17 and the printer arrived on 29/06/17.
Destination was Germany. 4 weeks leadtime is less than stated in the shop. I am very happy

Same situation as me. I ordered the black kit on 4th of June. Destination is Germany . I also received the tracking number on 28/06/17 but the deliver status did not changed yet.

I ordered orange/black kit on May 26th and nothing yet.
Why are these orders being processed so irregularly? I just don't get it. Isnt the process supposed to be first in/first out? Apparently not, then what is the point of having the shipping table and all?

I ordered 24/5 Kit orange/black. nothing yet for me. Still it would be way before prediction.
Reading the last days post I'm guessing that there was a batch of black parts done, that satisfied many orders for black only-printers, they are the ones ordered in June.
Also there is a confusion where people write kit when they should write Assembled.
It seems though that they are 1.5weeks ahead of the last schedule (the one "Updated: June 21, 2017") visible on the order page.
I look forward to seeing more updates to confirm this though =).

Both assembled and black kit had the longer lead time a month ago (at least when I placed my order) therefore many people ordered the orange/black kit, then got screwed and ended up wait the longest to get their kit. Great!

Wait time for me was off by ~ 1 week. The shipping also took much longer than expected.

Shipped: June 21st
Arrived: June 30th (Winnipeg, MB Canada)
Custom fees: $130.63 CAD 😯
Glad it came in before the long weekend!

This is shipping to Georgia, USA. I paid for the upgraded UPS Express Saver shipping option which according to UPS website the guaranteed delivery is 2 business days from Prague to my house. The tracking shows the correct service type so not sure what's going on with it. Oh well, it should be here tomorrow!!!

John, originally, UPS indicated that mine would be delivered on 7/3 also, but it changed on 6/29 and has shown undetermined delivery date since. It's also shipping to southeast, U.S. Not sure what is going on with UPS.

9 1/2 weeks of what was supposed to be a 7 week wait and not had a thing, a email up date and or a apology would have been nice seeing as they have all my money. Still hope that it will be sent this week but not getting my hope's up too much
black and orange kit with 8 rolls of extra filament supposed to being sent to the uk. I don't understand why the kits that are being used for built units are not being sent to the customers who ordered kits way before!

yes 3 weeks ago when adding some bits they said it was on schedule, then the date changed and made a inquire as to that, then again a week ago I added a extra roll of flex filament and said it should be shipped end of last week or start of this and nothing. I thought it was fairly good customer service but now my views are changing.
