Increasing the production of fully assembled by 20 a day is quite easy and did wonders with the backlog. However increasing the production by the same number with kits would do nothing with the leadtimes. We increased production of everything, but only fully assembled have seen such a dramatic effect caused just by the relatively small number of backorders compared to the kits.

Order was 11/04/2017. Got a shipping number yesterday...im excited but in aus. Ill post when it arrives.

Package in transit mail just received, orange kit ordered 25th of April.
Received my kit today. So to recap, order date 25th of April. Added PEI Sheets and black PLA early June with combined shipping through their support. Package left Prusa 21th of June and arrived in Sweden today, 25th of June.

I hope they're on schedule too! Ordered April 28th and would love to be able to use some of the time off for July 4th to build a printer.

Ordered April 26th, got the 'Shipping Label Created' notice today 6/26, which is 8.5 weeks. However it appears from this thread that it is taking up to an additional week for orders to actually ship after the label is created.
Hope this shows up before next week, I am going to be gone all week.

I'm in Switzerland. Maybe the packages are sorted and shipped in groups, depending from the destination country.
In every case, it seems that even after getting the "in transit" message, it takes several days before the package is picked up.

Ordered on the 24th of April.. Have yet to hear anything. Messaged them via the quick chat last week and they just said to be patient. 🙁
I hope it gets out this week.

Ordered kit on April 23. Got UPS tracking number last week. Today it cleared export and is leaving Prague. I'm due to get it on Thursday June 29th! (Washington DC)

Just got shipping email a few minutes ago. Tracking shows that the manifest was sent on the 23rd and was actually picked up today.
Hopefully the wait won't be too long! 😛 😛 😛

I ordered on the 29th april and messaged them on chat just over a week ago and they said it was going to go out last week but didn't hear anything so messaged them on sat and they said it would be longer. I don't think I have ever had to pay for something up front and wait so long, nearly £900 worth! whats worse is its my first printer so desperate to start using it for work as I have a bunch of project waiting for prototypeing! hope its worth the wait, fingers crossed It gets at least scheduled for collection this week.

Got my "In Transit" e-mail and tracking number earlier today for my order placed April 28th!! (Orange/Black Kit with nothing else on the order)
Tracking shows that the package has not made it into the hands of UPS yet, but hoping things move quickly now!!

took exactly 8 weeks as promised! took 44 minutes from unpacking to assembling my new kit running froggy test print! already out performing 12 of my i3 clones!!!!!

Ordered orange kit April 26, received shipping notice this morning. Currently at clearing agency according to UPS website. Destination: Southeast, US.
