Y-axis distance between upright and front mounts

Hey everyone, I'm back - apparently my old account died off over time.

I've had a Mk2 kit since launch and it's always been an up and down experience - I completed the Mk2S and 2.5S upgrades when they became available and happily use a textured sheet on the bed, which solved nearly every problem I ever had with reliability.

Apparently my axes have worked loose over time, or something, as I can no longer run a calibration.  The prinda comes down well outside of the first point.  I have rebuilt the Y-axis from the back, ensuring the 100mm distance between the washer and upright as described in the manual.

What I'm looking for now is this: is there a documented spec for how long the front side of the Y-axis should be (threaded rods to the mount block back to the front side of the upright)?  I just want to make sure I get things within spec before I try to get calibration back on track.

UPDATE:

I am a total goober.

When I updated firmware last, I installed the firmware for the Mk2.5S.  I have a hard time wrapping my head around all the different S models.  I started with a Mk2, then upgraded to a 2S, THEN upgraded to a 2.5.  Thus I have a Mk2.5, NOT a 2.5S.  Changing the firmware back to a 2.5 specific has remedied the "check axes" problem.

On the plus side, my Y axis is perfectly perpendicular now, so I guess the fuss wasn't all for nothing.
