"Severely Skewed"
At least that's what I'm being told.
Repeatedly.
Any tips for squaring the thing that I'm missing.
I calipered it and it was exactly 100mm from rear parts on both sides (looked fine) - nope skewed.
lined up X axis along lines as perfectly as I can see - nope skewed.
Printer says calibration means its OK - but I'm not happy with that.
Anything obvious I may be missing ?

I have the same problem, I've reassembled the Y-carriage twice. I've measured the 10cm precisely, and looked from the top to see if the X-Axis is parallel to the Y-axis. But I get the message "X/Y skewed severely. Skew will be corrected automatically" every time...

If you need most accurate indication of perpendicularity, measure diagonals. Both diagonals of Y frame should be exactly the same. You can't detect skew by measuring parallel dimensions only.

Gotcha! My X/Y axes are perpendicular.
The Y-Rods where not in parallel to the M10 threaded rods! I've aligned them trough the upper M8 threaded rods in back and front and maintained the 170mm.
Now my only problem are the loud and rattling bushings 🙁

and yes - Christian I also have the the grating rattling noise.
It really is a nice feeling seeing the 'Your Axis are perpendicular message' - its the little things.
As for Z - I can live with a .6mm dialed in adjustment 🙂

And now of course nothing sticks. Sanity check time if the print isn't sticking to the bed because the head is two high it's a - adjustment to lower it yes ? Also I can here a quite clicking during the printing from the extruded - is it worth loosening the idler ?

Remember, when you run XYZ calibration, Z adjustment is reset. Run V2Calibration.gcode again.

Is your hotend fan (that small on left side of extruder) working? It should start spinning when hotend reaches 50°C. If not, check its wiring/connector, make it working, then you will probably need to free clogged extruder.

Nope - fan is fine and its extruding - i can't actually pin down where the clicking is coming from...
Just doesnt want to stick ... I think its the pinda probe position - but it looks right - my worry is the clicking is the extruder so its not so much the print not sticking as the extruder intermittently not pushing so pulling the print up ...
I have a i3 titan kit built which was going to go on my old BQi3 - i'd be tempted to install the titan - if I could find someone who had done it...

Were you able to sort this out? I am having some of the same issues. Sometimes when I tell it to load filament the extruder clicks and isn't spinning. Other times it works fine. Haven't heard the clicks during a print, but I am also having non sticking prints. And I kind of feel like it might be the same thing, maybe its extruding too slow. Or Z height. I am afraid to adjust too much cause, 1. I'm a noob and don't want to damage my bed, and 2. I'm a noob and not sure if its even too high lol

I'm reasonably happy - once I got everything square I just adjusted my idler so it was finger tight (not too tight)
I still get some quiet clicking but I don't think its a problem.
As for adhesion - patience with the live z axis is your friend here ..
