Prusa mk2 not saving calibration

Hi,
I have a prusa mk2 kit which i assembled myself.
I printed some things which came out good/Great.
I had a fully calibrated system which was displayed onto the LCD screen But after some time or after a restart of the system, it says that my bed isn't leveled yet. but it WAS before so this randomly changes. After redoing the calibration, and after getting the printer says that he's OK, this problem keeps coming back.

Now i've also been having issues with the error 'Calibrate Z problem: Bed leveling failed. Sensor triggered too high.' but if I restart there is a chance that this message doesn't appear and i can just print, other times this message persists.

I don't know whats wrong, I redid the mesh bed leveling multiple times. I'm running firmware version 3.09.

Also after I adjust the 'live Z adjust' and get a distance where a sheet of paper just can move under, and afterwards try to do that same thing, my nozzle has a distance to the bed bigger then before and the Z adjust will have to go under -1 mm to correct it, almost -2mm :/
So without any changes to the system, it seems like the distance between bed and hot end changes sometimes 🙁
