My Printer Troubles
My parents bought a MK2S kit for my birthday, we had it running very reliably until I had a clogged nozzle.
So the nozzle was clogged but I didn't know it and put so much filament in that it pushed the extruder out of the housing. After fixing that we load filament again and it hit the top of the PTFE tube and pushed the extruder out again. Discovered the top of the PTFE tube was bent. Replaced the tube sourced off ebay.
Now XYZ cal says everything is ok, adjust live z on the paper test around .500, when I print the square I have to increase live z to over -1 to get it even close to printing properly. I'm stuck, don't know what else to do. I can upload pictures, not sure what to take pictures of though.
Any ideas?
Anybody live in middle TN or northern AL that wants to help out?

How could the extruder get pushed out of its housing???
There musst be something quite lose or even parts missing for that to happen.

This is Dylan’s dad, trying to help him explain that extruded problem.
The filament hit the top of the PTFE tube and forced the extruded down and backwards, it didn’t go all the way out but probably moved 1/4 to 1/2”. It’s back installed now so a picture wouldn’t show how that happened. What can we take a picture of to help the group help us troubleshoot?

I think I know what the major issue is, we didn’t install the extruder all the way up ok the housing, like ours sticks below the fan shroud by a lot compared to pictures on the internet. Amazing we ever printed anything successfully!
