meshbed level always off

Hey,

I've got a Prusa for over a year now, i've managed to get some really nice prints but I'm still having this reccuring problem.
my bed is always tilted to one of the sides, which makes it extremely hard to get my first layer to stick
Even though I finetune using mesh bed level correction, the result from the mesh bed leveling is always different with every single print.

could this be a malfunctioning Pinda probe ?
or should I print one of those pinda protectors to protect it from heat ?

Any tips / thoughts ?
Dirk

Re: meshbed level always off

The usual reason for different results every print is not using a fixed height above the bed when you start heating. If you always position the z at 100 before you start a print, then PINDA should get consistent readings.

I am not sure how you fine-tuned with mesh bed levelling, that just compares the current PINDA readings with the readings recorded during calibration. Better to look for the hyperfine thread and follow that.

Hope this helps you.
