My understanding is that this doesn't work on a Rambo board as the connectors for the RPi are just not there.

Re: Octoprint for mk2.5

There are no RasPiw0 connections available on the Rambo,

the original rambo was designed before the rasPi W0 was conceived,

Re: Octoprint for mk2.5

FYI: I've tried the Pi Zero on my MK3 via the GPIO connector and in it was a really frustrating experience.
It was nowhere near as powerful enough to run smoothly. OctoPrint to ages to load, everything ran soooo slow. And this was with video disabled.

I mean, if even the octoprint website says it itself:

Please note that the Raspberry Pi Zero W is not recommended since severe performance issues were observed, caused by the WiFi interface when bandwidth is utilized (e.g. the webcam is streamed), negatively impacting printing results. See also here.

I've resorted to running octoprint for both my MK3 and MK2.5 on a Pi 3B+. They are mounted in a housing that is bolted to the frames and use the USB port. Everything works perfectly like that for me, but obviously YMMV
