I'm getting gapping in my layers and can't get a good print

My mk2. 5s has been printing great for the year I've had it up until about a week ago when all of the sudden I started experiencing these gaps in my prints. I'm using the stock pla 0.2mm profile It seems like underextrusion but it's random and I can't peg a cause.

To try and fix it myself I have tried:

-multiple cold pulls

-burning debris from nozzle and reseating it

-adjusting extrusion width and multipliers both

-upping and lowering temperature

-adjusting live z both up and down

Always insert a photo, so we can see better what is happening.

If I will take, that you completely cleaned up the nozzle, there still might be reasons for extruding issues.

First, check the screws on extruder pulley, it could be loose. When doing this, check the whole area of the gears, clean it if necessary. Also check the spring tension on idler.

Does this happen to you with every filament, or just the one? Try another one.

After cleaning the nozzle, is the filament going straight down, no curving up?

Might just be old, degraded filament. Did you try different filament?

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.

The filament seemed alright, I tried it in other printers and had decent results. I ended up taking the entire hot end apart and swapping it for a phaetus dragonfly I had laying around I won in a giveaway. The new hotend is performing wonderfully. After dissecting the old v6, the heatbreak was almost completely full, very little filament was able to get through, it looked like bad piping basically. I was able to clean it out, but for now I am sticking with the new hot end.
