Can't print TPU (60A)
Hi everyone,
I'm trying to print some TPU (Filaflex 60A Pro White) on my MK2.5S (last firmware to date) with a 0.4mm nozzle.
I can't manage to print anything, the filament does not extrude. I gets tangled in the idler and wraps the gears.
Event if I try to push it manually down to the nozzle, it ultimately gets stuck in the idler.
I've tried multiple temps (215, 230 and 270) and multiple tensions in the idler:
- loose, almosst holding the screw
- average, PLA like
- hight tension, stongly screwed.
If' cleaned the nozze by doing a cold pull.
Can anyone help me? Thanks

I don't any experience with TPU, but have you tried slowing the print right down? Combining this with loosening the idler a little would make sense to me from a physics/mechanics point of view...

Thanks for your answer.
I've slown down the print speed to 40mm/s.
When trying to extrude the TPU, I'm using the knob (Parameters > Move axis > Extruder) to do it slowly.

Hope it helps!

Non, it did not help. This was my workflow before my initial post.
