Can you print Taulman 910 on the powder coated sheet
Was wondering If it is possible to print Taulman alloy 910 nylon on the Prusa powder coated sheet?
Has any one had success with this? What type of glue did you use on the bed?
Thanks

Bringing this post back from the dead. I'm wondering the same thing!

FWIW - I was able to print Taulman Bridge on the smooth PEI sheet by applying a coat of glue stick. I used the glue stick Prusa provided with the Mk3 printer.

@slavkosky
Take a look at Prusa's material guide page -- https://help.prusa3d.com/en/materials
There's a section on nylon. I can't speak from experience, so take this for what it's worth

@bobstro
Same here. I have not tried on the textured sheet.

Hmm, ok thanks for the insight! I'll be trying it soon after I dry my spool of Black Alloy 910. I'll try with/without glue stick and report back

Seems that the textured sheet worked great after dialing in Live Z Calibration and adding a bit of glue stick. I was initially too close to the bed and ended up with the first layer supports all over my nozzle instantly jamming it, but once I backed off a bit the 910 laid-down beautifully! I haven't tried a bigger part, I was just printing a small gear (I plan on building the V2 Lack enclosure before printing larger with this stuff)

Hi. Try Garolite. I use it with success (no glue or anything over the bed) with eSun PAHT-CF.
